Alice Waterhouse presented the boys with a trumpet to take back to Kenya. This had been donated by one of Alice's friends. We are planning to follow the journey of the instrument and see who ends up playing it.

In September 2008 Macclesfield Youth Brass Band launched a project to build a relationship with a school in Nairobi. The Starehe Centre has a boys and girls school and we hope to learn more about how they live and learn as well as try to help them by providing resources to help with their music education.
